The challenge
FlevoMeer Bibliotheek offers schools and other organisations a wide range of educational resources, from books and themed collections to workshops. Each item requires different information when reserved. FlevoMeer wanted one place where users could book easily and staff could track the process.
What we delivered
We built a booking platform where users can search the catalogue and make reservations. The form adapts to the selected resource or activity. Library staff can find, change and flag bookings in the administration area and track their progress.
The result
FlevoMeer uses one platform to offer and reserve learning resources. Users find what they need more easily. Staff can see incoming bookings, outstanding work, and when and where resources are needed.
