The challenge
VRef Solutions developed an app that uses cockpit camera footage to analyse training flights. The first version did not always recognise text and measurements correctly. This made it hard to demonstrate the app's potential convincingly.
What we delivered
WonderBit improved the processing of camera footage. We helped correct misread text and altitude readings and developed recognition of signals on cockpit instruments. We also advised on camera placement in the flight simulator, as good footage is essential for analysis.
The result
VRef Solutions received a stronger first version of DeBriefer to show airlines. The app can process cockpit footage more reliably and demonstrate more clearly how the solution contributes to the analysis of training flights.
