The challenge
The Warning Register of Stichting FAD was working, but the foundation needed a new technical partner. The platform had to keep running and be safe to update. FAD also wanted better documentation of the system so that knowledge would not remain with just one provider.
What we delivered
WonderBit is taking over technical management step by step. We are setting up a process in which changes are tested first and then deployed in a controlled way. We update the existing software, document its technical setup and provide ongoing maintenance and support. We also help FAD consider improvements needed by the register's users.
The result
Stichting FAD gains one contact for technical questions and a clear basis for managing the register. This lets FAD continue to use the platform reliably and have future improvements made with care.
