The challenge
RedorBlue's Aerobe platform has helped schools for more than ten years. Over time, many differences between schools have been built into it. This made it increasingly difficult to maintain the platform, onboard new schools and build a new version at the same time.
What we delivered
Together with RedorBlue, WonderBit first examined how the existing and new platforms are structured. We mapped risks and opportunities for improvement and advised on the next steps. On that basis, we now work as part of the team on the new version. We improve collaboration between developers and focus mainly on the screens users work with.
The result
RedorBlue has a clear technical direction and a stronger foundation for Aerobe's continued development. More team members can work on the platform at the same time and make more focused choices, while the existing platform remains available to schools.
