The challenge
ICCA manages contract information and performs quality inspections for various clients and locations. The information came from multiple files and systems. ICCA wanted an easy way to view and compare the results without repeatedly gathering the data by hand.
What we delivered
WonderBit developed a dashboard combining contract information and quality reports. Staff can upload files, while results from ICCA's own inspection system are imported automatically. The dashboard shows quality, cleaning and cost information by client and location. Users see the information appropriate to their role.
The result
ICCA has its key information in one place. Staff can assess results more quickly and discuss them more effectively with clients. The solution has been delivered successfully and is in use at ICCA.
