The challenge
Small businesses in Flevoland can turn to many organisations for advice, support schemes and assistance. It is not always clear where to start. Horizon Flevoland wanted to bring the expertise of the SME Support Team's 27 partners together in one place.
What we delivered
We developed a digital platform for the SME Support Team. In designing it, we looked at entrepreneurs' questions and an easy way to find information and relevant support. Horizon can keep expanding it based on the needs of entrepreneurs and advisers.
The result
Horizon now uses a platform that gives entrepreneurs a clear place to start. It helps them find information and support from the SME Support Team and its partners.
