Internship (September 2024)

Internship/graduation assignment in Almere, the Netherlands

An energetic student who means business

At WonderBit we work on beautiful software projects on a daily basis where we apply things such as image recognition, Internet of Things, video calling, encryption and machine learning. When things get a bit more technically complex, WonderBit provides appropriate solutions. We do this for clients such as NATO Communications and Information Agency, VNG, Dutch Electoral Council, Province of Flevoland and the Municipality of Almere.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduation student who has an affinity with software development and technology. Someone who is only satisfied when it is clear how different technologies work and how they can be used together for a solid solution. It would be best if you have experience with Python (or JavaScript/React) and Docker, can collaborate with others using Git and are able to work independently and within a team. You should also understand the purpose of automation and concepts such as CI/CD and automated testing.

Ideally, you can demonstrate all this with your own work on a portfolio website or, for example, your Github profile. These don't have to be very large projects, but they should form a good picture of what you can do and what you have done before.

Our working language is English, so it obviously would be good if you are able to speak and write the language 😉

WonderBit is a small company in the startup phase where it can be hectic at times, but where we mainly want to have fun making beautiful and well-functioning software applications. We offer a nice internship close to the fire, where you can learn a lot about software development and technology.

Do you recognize yourself in this? Are you curious and eager to learn? We would like to meet you!

Send your cover letter, resume and link to your portfolio or public Github profile to internships@wonderbit.com.
